Khalid Madi  Managing Director - Investment Banking

Khalid Madi spent nearly a decade with Merrill Lynch, where he built a successful private banking franchise.
In 2002, he founded Dubai-based Infinity Investment Solutions after recognizing the need for a low-cost alternative distribution model to that employed by banks. In developing the company platform, he established the legal framework, reporting systems and monitoring infrastructure. He then drew on his extensive industry contacts and networks to create a range of top quality products and relationships with major banks to provide institutional-quality idea flow to clients. To date, Infinity has placed over $800 million in third party products, from single manager and fund of fund hedge products, to structured note offerings and packaged direct equity.
Khalid holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Boston University.

Razan Jazayerli Kabbani  Sr.Vice President - Investment Banking

Razan joins Al Mal Capital with extensive regional and U.S. experience in the financial management field.  She was previously working with Saraya Development Group.
Prior to moving to Dubai, she was responsible for supervising a team of financial analysts supporting America Online’s $1 billion Technologies organization. Razan also co-founded Sina Solutions LLC where she was responsible for the day-today business operations of the company, as well as all its financial, budgeting and accounting requirements. Previous experience includes KeyBridge Corporation and Cable & Wireless where she held several responsibilities within the finance departments.
Razan received her Master’s in Business Administration with a Finance concentration, summa cum laude, from George Washington University and her BSFS in International Relations, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
